My coaching is based on elements from Co-Active Coaching (CTI), Integrated Solution-oriented Psychology (ISP), Process- and Embodimentfocused  Psychology (PEP) and other well-proven coaching methods, such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

With these different methods and techniques I am supporting and accompanying you in your process. Together we will (re)activate your own potential and competencies and find your personal solution strategies. I am keeping the explanation of methods short. If you have any questions, just contact me.

Integrated Solutionoriented Psychology (ISP)

ISP is an integration of different modern coaching techniques: solution-oriented, systemic and energetic methods as well as parts of neuro-linguistic programming It’s helping the coachee to better identify their goals and objectives and walk in that direction. Instead of focusing on a problem the coach helps the client to focus on solutions and move forward. The coach will ask solution-oriented questions that reactivate the client’s potential and will offer different exercises to get rid of negative emotions, limiting thoughts and beliefs and replacing these with positive, powerful and peaceful attitudes.

What makes ISP special is its focus on reuniting different aspects of our personality –emotional, analytical and behavioral. Through this special focus ISP helps you back on track soon and with lasting effects.

Process- and Embodimentfocused Psychology (PEP)

When coping with strong, wearing, negative restricting emotions, PEP has proven to be a very efficient tool. PEP is an evolution of energetic psychology. While talking about your problem you start tapping different acupuncture points (mainly on your hand and in your face) and saying self-affirmative sentences. These are no “one fits all” sentences but individually gathered during the coaching process. PEP can reduce within very short time feelings like anger, anxiety and stress. I studied PEP it in a professional and fun setting with critical doctors and psychologists and it’s the speed and incredible results that convinced me. PEP initially became very popular with classical orchestras as well as with athletes reducing stress prior to a performance. It’s also a great tool to help yourself as you can learn the technique quickly and use it yourself. If you are following a PEP session you will also learn how to use it yourself. This means you get a powerful tool to reduce any kind of dysfunctional stress yourself and will be able to use it any time you need it in the future.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

You probably have heard about NLP before. There are a lot of definitions out there – so no need for a technical and complete one here. However, let me tell you why I am passionate about NLP. Neuro-Linguistic Programming describes the fundamental dynamics between our mind (neuro), language (linguistic) and how their interplay affects our body and behavior and the models of the world we create (programming). When having problems or difficulties, NLP helps to understand what this problem might have to do with us and what underlying issues are making this problem big for us. It helps to identify what kind of thoughts have been limiting us so far or increasing a problem – instead of helping to get closer to a solution. These negative thoughts, attitudes or expectations are altered into more positive thoughts about ourselves and the situation we face – without neglecting reality. NLP does not change people or situations, but it changes the way we handle them. NLP can make you deal with issues in a more serene, relax, hands-on, analytical or fun way.
